Y ou know the little backlight button when you load up to the selection screen, you can change that using the top back buttons. Some games wont work at certain lights, weird i know but i had the same problem and that fixed it. Either that or its a dodgy rom, use emule. If you're getting one, either your firmware is outdated, or you have the latest firmware but your card is too old to support this game.
