Assassin creed 3 save game location windows 8

I can't find the savegame folder as well. I don't know what I should do! I figured out, that has something to do with Uplay. I uninstalled Uplay. I download Uplay from Chip. I got the new version and installed Uplay again.

I started the game and created a new player! I waited until Desmond is in the hall. I quit the game and took a look in the folder! Now, I have the samegame folder and if you go inside you will find the save file. So, my guess is, that the version do you get from uplay when you downlad this game from steam is to old! So, unistall uplay, download the actual version and install again. Hopefully it works for you, too Kind Regards,.
